Welcome to FODMAP Analyzer, a mobile application operated by RM Digital Enterprise LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

• A unique user ID (Firebase Authentication ID) to manage your account.
• Device identifiers (non-personal) for app functionality.

d. Financial Information

• Purchase history and subscription status managed via RevenueCat and Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• We do not store or process payment information directly.

e. Diagnostics and Usage Data

• Crash reports, performance data, and aggregate analytics through Firebase services to improve stability and app experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

• To operate and improve the App and its AI-based FODMAP analysis.
• To create and manage your account.
• To process and validate in-app subscriptions and entitlements.
• To respond to support requests.
• To monitor and improve performance and reliability.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How Photos Are Handled

• Uploaded images are used only to perform food analysis via AI (Gemini API).
• Images are not used to train AI models and are not shared outside of the analysis process.
• Temporary copies may exist during processing and are deleted automatically after completion unless you choose to save the result.

5. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with third-party services strictly for functionality:

• Google Firebase (authentication, storage, crash reporting, analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscription validation and purchase status)
• Google Gemini API (AI food photo analysis)

All third-party processors comply with modern security standards and data-protection practices.

6. Data Retention

• Account data and saved analyses are retained while your account remains active.
• You can delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data.
• Temporary photos (not saved) are deleted automatically after processing.

You have the right to:

• Access or delete your data
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent or close your account

8. Security

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
